Hypothesis (2/3)
Pairing: Dirk/DavespriteWarnings: Blood, language, choking, Dirk resorts to drastic measures, general angst, existential crisis, eventual cloaca!Davesprite, etc.
Notes: There were a few different things that led up to/inspired the revisiting of this project that I had to put on hold four months ago when school picked up. My characterization of Dirk has changed a lot since writing the first part, which was more of a literary exercise than a ficlet, and it’s a short prologue compared to this. I’ve pretty much finished the last part, but I decided to split these in half due to length. I’ll post the entire thing on AO3 after the rest of it is up.

Lovin’ this fic! Went back and re-read the first chapter, and it feels pretty consistent with the characterization and such. There are small differences, but nothing too huge or distracting. Well worth the wait!
